We live together in the villages of Vysoký Újezd, Kozolupy and Kuchař, which thanks to good transport accessibility and proximity to Prague have become a popular location for all of us. We would like our common space to become a pleasant place to develop our lives and the lives of our children.
We come as a team of professionals who are proficient in their professional fields. We bring the necessary knowledge and skills that will be a great asset in the performance of citizen service. Our focus is on experts in construction and energy, investments and grants, finance and management, culture, education and school development, communications, IT and more. Last but not least, we also bring the desire and will to work for the development of our communities.
Please note, the election is a one-day election and only on Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.. Until the election:
We are people who have spent the last year plus of our lives doing real and visible work for our communities. We are not a sticking plaster on the ballot whose purpose is simply to fill the necessary electoral quotas. You have seen the work of each of us firsthand over the past year…
In the previous elections we declared in our election programme that the completion of the primary school and the development of civic amenities is an absolute priority for us. Over the last year and a half, through our work in the council and committees, we have identified many other issues that plague our community. However, it is not possible to address all areas at once; it is important to plan systematically and be prepared to make informed use of grant funding, which will greatly assist us in implementation. Below is a list of topics that we feel are key to our community.
If the most recent census shows that at least 10% of the population identifies with a nationality other than Czech within a specific territorial district, individuals from these national minorities can request the formation of a Committee for national minorities. In order to ensure representation, at least half of the members of the committee must belong to national minorities, except where this requirement cannot be met due to an insufficient number of candidates from national minorities. At ŽIJME SPOLEČNĚ, we recognize that although we have not yet met this legal requirement, the significant presence of foreigners in our communities leads us to support the creation of a Committee for national minorities even if we still do not have this legal obligation.
